• Class 1 – Mindfulness & Meditation: Learn centering prayer, breathwork, and mindful breathing to reduce stress, quiet the mind, and experience clarity in the present moment.

• Class 2 – Self-Reflection & Shadow Work: Explore your subconscious through journaling and self-inquiry to uncover hidden patterns, release limitations, and cultivate growth.

• Class 3 – The Akashic Realm: -The Akashic realm is seen as the non-physical dimension where all soul data is imprinted. It is thought to exist beyond time and space and is in the 5th dimension or higher. In essence, this is where the past, present and future are located vibrationally. You will learn what are the Akashic records? What do the records contain? How can we access them? This class includes a guided meditation to access the Akashic

  records to answer powerful questions about your life.

• Class 4 – Soulmates & Karmic Relationships: Understand the purpose of soul contracts, karmic lessons, and your soul family while learning how these connections shape your life.

• Class 5 – Starseeds & Higher Purpose: Explore the mystery of Starseeds—souls from other dimensions here to uplift humanity. Learn how to recognize if you are one, awaken your spiritual gifts, and align with your mission.

By the end of this course, you’ll walk away with practical tools for mindfulness, a deeper understanding of your soul’s journey, and an awakened sense of connection to the greater universe. Includes centering prayer, breathwork, and mindful breathing. These will help with decreasing stress, increasing clarity, and cultivating inner peace. We will work on mindful practices to bring about a better quality of life.
