Conditions of Sale and Payment Terms

To purchase any goods and/or services on our website, You must be (a) at least eighteen (18) years of age or the applicable state age of majority, whichever is older (b) a natural person (no corporations, partnerships or other legal entities. Prior to the purchase of any services on our website, You must provide us with a valid credit card number and associated payment information including all of the following: (i) your name as it appears on the card, (ii) your credit card number, (iii) the credit card type, (iv) the date of expiration and (v) any activation numbers or codes needed to charge your card. By submitting that information to us, you hereby agree that you authorize us to charge your card at our convenience but within thirty (30) days of credit card authorization.

State and Local Tax

The tax rate applied to your purchase will be the combined state and local tax based on your billing address. Currently, we charge all applicable taxes for Pennsylvania

Missed and/or canceled appointments:

Any appointment made can be canceled by accessing your account at Stephaniethemedium.com or by phone at (570) 801-1609. When you cancel a scheduled appointment, all fees will be credited to your Stephanie The Medium account for use on future readings.
Repeatedly missing appointments may impact your ability to create future appointments with our advisors. Stephanie The Medium reserves the right to suspend your ability to use the appointment feature in the event of repeatedly missed appointments.

Methods of Payment, Credit Card Terms

All payments must be made by VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, or Diners club (each of which may be removed by Stephaniethemedium.com at its sole discretion). Unless expressly set forth on the Stephaniethemedium.com site, we do not accept any other payment form. If we offer or accept any other form of payment, You hereby agree to all restrictions, terms, and conditions associated with such an additional form of payment. Your card issuer agreement governs your use of your designated card, and you must refer to that agreement and not this Terms of Use to determine your rights and liabilities as a cardholder. YOU, AND NOT Stephaniethemedium.com, ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR PAYING ANY UNAUTHORIZED AMOUNTS BILLED TO YOUR CREDIT CARD BY A THIRD PARTY. You agree to pay all fees and charges incurred in connection with your purchases at the rates in effect when the charges were incurred. Unless you notify Stephaniethemedium.com of any discrepancies within thirty (30) days after they first appear on your credit card statement, you agree they will be deemed accepted by You for all purposes. If Stephaniethemedium.com does not receive payment from your credit card issuer or its agent, You agree to pay all amounts due upon demand by Stephaniethemedium.com or its agents.

Order Acceptance Policy

Your receipt of an electronic or another form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to provide service. Stephaniethemedium.com reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. All payment information must obtain pre-approval with an acceptable method of payment, as established by our credit and fraud avoidance department. We may require additional verifications or information before accepting any purchase.

Promotional Pricing for New Customers

We may, at our sole discretion, offer promotional pricing for New Customers. The details of any promotional pricing will be detailed to you when you open your account. “New Customer” is defined above and applies only to a person who has never before had a reading with Stephanie The Medium. You agree not to create an account using any fraudulent information and/or for the purpose of obtaining promotional pricing for New Customers if you are not a New Customer. In the event that we detect that you have obtained promotional pricing for New Customers when you were not a New Customer, we reserve the right to charge your payment method for the difference between the promotional price and the amount you would have been charged without the promotional pricing, and you agree to accept such charge. If we are unable to collect the difference using your payment method on file, we reserve the right to invoice you for the difference by sending an invoice to the address associated with your account. In the event that we issue an invoice, we will charge an administration fee of no more than $50 to cover our costs of invoicing you, and the invoice will be due 30 days following issuance. Overdue balances will be charged interest at the rate of 1.5% per month, or the maximum amount allowed by applicable law, whichever is lower. If you believe you have been offered promotional pricing for New Customers to which you were not entitled (i.e., you were not a New Customer), please contact us at (570) 801-1609 and we will correct your account.

Modifications to Prices or Billing Terms

Stephaniethemedium.com RESERVES THE RIGHT, AT ANY TIME, TO CHANGE ITS PRICES AND BILLING METHODS FOR PRODUCTS OR SERVICES SOLD, EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY UPON POSTING ON THE WEBSITE OR BY E-MAIL DELIVERY TO YOU.

Limitation on Liability and Disclaimer of Warranty

Under no circumstances will we be liable to any Subscriber, non-Subscriber, Member or non-Member regarding the use of this Service. Our maximum liability shall be no more than the fee You have paid Stephanie The Medium if any.
The User of the website does so at the User’s risk. Neither Stephanie The Medium nor any of its officers, directors, employees, agents, third-party content providers, merchants, sponsors licensors and/or the like, warrant that any of the websites will be uninterrupted or error-free; nor do they make any warranty as to the results that may be obtained from the use of the website or any future websites developed by Stephanie The Medium nor, as to the accuracy, reliability, or timeliness of any information content, service, or merchandise provided through the website. Improper Use

You must not use the website, chat, and/or video services or the telephone service for any fraudulent, harassing or offensive or illegal activity. Lewd or lascivious behavior that is indecent, will not be tolerated and will result in your being suspended from using the service. You agree not to engage in any activity that would impair the proper functioning of the website. You must not, and by using the website agree not to, impersonate another person or submit materials that contain viruses or other programming routines or engines intended to damage, interfere with or intercept any system, data or information. We may investigate occurrences that we believe may involve any such activity and cooperate with law enforcement authorities in prosecuting any violations of law. If you exhibit any of this activity, Stephanie The Medium has the right to suspend your account.

You agree that the laws of Pennsylvania without regard to conflicts of law provisions will govern any dispute regarding these Terms and Conditions.
THE WEBSITE COULD INCLUDE TECHNICAL OR OTHER INACCURACIES OR TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS. CHANGES ARE PERIODICALLY ADDED TO THE INFORMATION HEREIN; THESE CHANGES WILL BE INCORPORATED IN NEW EDITIONS OF THE WEBSITE.

Subscription Membership Terms and Conditions

Summary

Your Stephanie The Medium Subscription membership will continue month-to-month and automatically renew until terminated. To use the Stephanie The Medium service you must have Internet access and provide us with one or more Payment Methods. “Payment Method” means a current, valid, accepted method of payment, as may be updated from time to time. You must cancel your membership before it renews each month in order to avoid billing the next month’s membership fees to your Payment Method (see “Subscription Cancellation” below). We reserve the right to accept or refuse membership in the Stephanie The Medium Subscription program at our discretion.

Billing and Cancellation

Billing Cycle: The subscription fee for the Stephanie The Medium service, will be charged on a monthly basis to your Payment Method on the calendar day corresponding to the commencement of the paying portion of your subscription until your subscription is canceled. Subscription fees are fully earned upon payment. In some cases, your payment date may change, for example, if your Payment Method has not successfully settled or if your paid membership began on a day not contained in a given month. For example, if you signed up on December 10, 2021, and decide to cancel on January 2, 2022, your subscription will be valid until January 10, 2022. Visit the link on your confirmation email and click on the “Manage Subscription” link on the “Account” page to see your next payment date.
Payment Methods: To use the Stephanie The Medium service you must provide one or more Payment Methods. You can update your Payment Methods by going to the “Account” page and clicking on “Manage Payments”. Following any update, you authorize us to continue to charge the applicable Payment Method(s). You authorize us to charge any Payment Method associated with your account in case your primary Payment Method is declined or no longer available to us for payment of your subscription fee. You remain responsible for any uncollected amounts. If payment is not successfully settled, due to expiration, insufficient funds, or otherwise, and you do not cancel your account, we may suspend your access to the service until we have successfully charged a valid Payment Method.
Cancellation: You can cancel your Stephanie The Medium subscription at any time, and you will continue to have access to the benefits of the Stephanie The Medium subscription program through the end of your monthly billing period. We do not provide refunds or credits for any partial-month membership periods. To cancel, please send an email to info@stephaniethemedium.com. If you cancel your subscription, your subscription will automatically terminate at the end of your current billing period. To see when your account will close, click “Manage Subscription” on the “Account” page found on your initial email confirmation link.
Changes to the Price and Subscription Plans: We reserve the right to change our subscription plans or adjust pricing for our service or any components thereof in any manner and at any time as we may determine in our sole and absolute discretion. Except as otherwise expressly provided for in these Terms of Use, any price changes or changes to your subscription plan will take effect following notice to you.
No Refunds: Stephanie The Medium Payments are nonrefundable and there are no refunds or credits for partially used periods. Following any cancellation, however, you will continue to have access to the subscription service through the end of your current billing period. At any time, and for any reason, we may provide a refund, discount, or other consideration to some or all of our subscribers. The amount and form of such provision, and the decision to provide them, are at our sole and absolute discretion. The provision of a refund or otherwise, in one instance does not entitle you to this service in the future for similar instances, nor does it obligate us to provide them in the future, under any circumstance.
Communication: We may send you e-mail and other communications related to your Stephanie The Medium Subscription (regardless of any settings or preferences related to your Stephanie The Medium Account).
Guarantee: The Stephanie The Medium Satisfaction Guarantee does not apply to the FREE reading you will receive as part of your Insider Advantage package.

Other Terms

We reserve the right to accept or refuse membership at our discretion.
We may send you e-mail and other communications related to your Stephanie The Medium Subscription (regardless of any settings or preferences related to your Stephanie The Medium Account).
The Stephanie The Medium service is based in the United States of America (USA). If you are not located in the USA, by purchasing services from Stephanie The Medium, you are voluntarily providing your data to Stephanie The Medium in the USA and are consenting to your data being processed and handled as set out in our privacy policy (available at https://www.Stephaniethemedium.com/privacy-policy).
